Teacher Talk

This website highlights teachers, their classrooms, and their work. Through the pages you will hear stories from a variety of teachers describing their struggles, rewards, what impact they make/the impact their students have made on them, what made them want to become a teacher and why they choose to the stay in the profession, advice they have for fellow teachers as well as so much more! 

 

This project is personally significant to me as my mom is a teacher, many of my good friends are teachers, and I have been fortunate to have in my life teachers who have helped shape me into the person I am today. I see firsthand how hard teachers work and how much dedication they put into making sure students/ families have a memorable experience. 

 

Teachers are such an important component in our society, and I feel they are often overlooked and underappreciated. I wanted to share the stories of these amazing teachers and show how their work makes a difference.

 

My hope with this website is that it can become a resource for current and future educators to feel inspired. I want it to be a place where teachers can get advice and feel like they are being valued and supported!
